It has happened again. A consumer has given their hard-earned cash to a company expecting a quality product but has gotten screwed over instead. Fortunately for Dave (the consumer), the person that represented the company that screwed him over is a giant idiot and doesn't believe Dave has the resources to make the problem go away.

It's a long story by this point, even though it's only a day old but the shorter version is that Dave prepaid for a PS3 controller from the same company that makes The Avenger, and emailed them to ask when it was supposed to ship (because he was wanting it before Christmas). The (laughably named) "PR Representative" of Ocean Marketing (Paul Christoforo) emailed him back, and as the conversation went on, it got more heated with every reply. Then Dave decided that he would turn it over to Kotaku and Penny Arcade and see if they could help.

Like most rap videos, this has NSFW lyrics, but unlike those same videos: delicious, delicious pancakes.
